What if I fell asleep while flying my plane which consequently crashed into a roller coaster, resulting in severe blood loss causing me to go into shock and die? That would be wild.

I think, and this is just one person's opinion, because there really is no right or wrong with this -
It is better to die in your sleep, since you would go to bed just like any other night, and not be scared or afraid. Death would just claim you gently while you slept.
All of the other deaths involve being awake and concious of the fact that you will almost certainly die, and so you would experience great fear and panic.

D is the best way to go.
A, B and C all involve traumatic experiences and suffering before you die. And with and A and B your body really wouldnt look well enough for an open casket
