Why is it wrong to talk about God, and the Bible's in schools, or other places that don't accept. I think if it wasn't for God we wouldn't have made it this for in life....there wouldn't be any teachers, schools and we all would be a dummy in this world. So I think we should stop and give God thanks.......no matter where or when. Thanks for all who listen and answering.

I'm thankful that I'm not in a country where any religion - or the lack of it - is enforced.
The person above had a good point about bibles in prison. I think the fairest would be to have many religious texts available for students who wished to pursue them, but the idea of incorporating the lessons of a particular religion into a classroom setting is absurd at best and despicable at worst.
This 'forces of evil' garbage is laughable. Progressive humanism is right in line with any god wise enough to have created this universe. The god who denounces as evil certain narrow subjects - and those who proselytize for him - is far too foolish a god to actually exist.

I don't think school should be a place for God, you have people of all backgrounds, races, religions and it isnt fair. Thats why there are clubs to talk about religion in school.
You have to realize that not everyone believes in God and the same things you do... Get over it

Yes I agree that we should thank God for everything He's done and -still is- doing for us, but you're forgetting one thing (if you're in a Public school)
You can't go talking about God while there are kids with other Religions there too, or you'll have to talk about each and every religion there is.
( If you're in a Catholic school, then your teachers are just weird).

the last I checked it wasn't illegal to talk to God, only to bring him into schools and that might explain what happened at columbine and at several other schools as well.
The forces of evil HATE God because they know they have only a little time left (compared to eternity) so they are bent on causing as much destruction as possible.
The founding fathers of America didn't intend to exclude religion, they merely intended to be certain no single religion was dominant in its influence on the government

If it is a public school, I don't believe religion should not be taught, but it should be fine to discuss it. It's up to public school to teach us Math, English (not Spanish), science, etc. I believe that it is up to the parents to teach religion, or enroll them in a private school that teaches the religion you believe in. I certainly don't want the public schools trying to teach my kids religion when they can't even get kids to spell correctly. That will be my job, along with my church.

If you are a student, then it is not wrong for you to talk about God or the Bible. We have free speech as Americans. Stand up for your rights.

Most of us already do. There's just a very vocal minority that was given media power in the last 30 years.

Yes...it is wrong. You cannot have bibles in school, but you can have them in prisons. Too little too late, I think. Therefore, it is up to the parents to make sure that their SPIRITUAL needs are met just as much as their physical needs.

Separation of Church and State. Though I don't agree with it most of the time. Hand it to the ACLU to screw everything up.
