The Face; The Cloak; Skyman; The Big 3 (Blue Beetle, The Flame, & Samson); Atomic Mouse; Deadman; Amazing-Man; Wambi the Jungle Boy; Captain Atom; The Liberator; Suicide Squad; Bullet Girl. Do you remember any not listed here? I did some work (cleaned out the basement) for an old man and he said I can have the comics. Wonder if they are worth money. They're in good shape too.

I have to clean out the old man's attic sometime this week and if I'm not mistaken, he said there was a box full of comics up there that I could have. I did he work for him as a nice gesture since he is handicapped and a good neighbor.

Deadman, Liberator, and Captain Atom are from the 1960s.
Suicide Squad is from the 1980s.
All the rest are 1940s and 50s, unless Bullet Girl is the recent mini-series, then that would make her 2006.
While resale condition would depend upon specific issue numbers and conditions of each book, you must remember that no retailer is going to buy ANYTHING from you for the same amount that they are going to turn around and resell it, no matter whether we are discussing comic books or something else.
My best advice in this case, read them first!. Keep the ones you like and enjoy and sell the rest.

Those are some great oldies! Don't sell them too cheap! And, if you have a computer and a scanner, keep copies for archive purposes, so that if they are ever destroyed (say, in a fire) you can show the scanned images to your insurance company and get coverage for the collectible value, not just the face value of them.
