Yes it should. Take a look at European countries, where drugs are allowed. They don't have the problems we have here, because no one over there thinks its a big deal to be doing drugs since its legal. Eating mud is legal here, but no one ever does it. Im sure if it was illegal everyone would think its so "cool" to break the law and eat mud.
Seriously if it was legalized, we'd have an outbreak of pot smokers, but only for a while. After that, people would realize that its not really all it seems to be and they would stop doing it.
Just think about it. We are the only country with this problem.

this generation is already f ucked up so why not just throw in the towel say f uck it and just do whatever!! smoking pot should help everyone forget whats outside their doors and in their towns and everyone will be so screwed up but who care??? WE'RE ALL STONED!!! that's my american dream. to sit around drooling all day!! wow!! what excitement!!

I think that it should be. I do not think that it is as bad as the other drugs out there. It has always made me have a relaxing, good time!
