Being an avid reader, if you wanted to find this book, you would know just where to get it. Are you terminally ill and planning your "final exit"? Or, are you feeling sorry for yourself and deciding that living, loving and trusting those that care about you just isn't your thing - that it's just too much hard work and energy? For anyone planning their "final exit", they must always remember those that live with them and the effect something such as a "final exit" would have on their lives - but then again, most people, who are not terminally ill, and who plan their "final exit" are selfish to begin with. If they weren't, they wouldn't even think of doing something such as this and leaving the devastation behind for those that love them to deal with.

I find most books at alibris.com--they have many sources, & if something isn't available, you can put it on a "fetch" list. I was delighted out of my tree when I got a book from them that was "not for sale" because the writer had indicated in it, various things she wanted to change. I've also used Barnes & Noble, but I like Alibris best. Good luck.
