I don't want a permanent change, just for one document.

First, you highlight the part of the document that you want to make double space. Then for a shortcut, hold down the "CTRL" key and press "2". This will double space the selected document. If you want to single space, hold down the "CTRL" button and press "1". Hope this helps. If you want a list of shortcuts, I can send them to you. I made one a while back for Windows Word and Excel. Another way without using keyboard shortcuts. Once again select all the text you want double spaced. On the menu you have a 'Format' menu, select this and then select the 'Paragraph' menu item.
In the pop-up window, you will see a section for 'Spacing'. Have a look for the 'Line spacing' attribute. It probably will have 'Single' in the box. Select the box and go to to 'Double'. Then select 'OK' button at bottom of window.
