Are you a drag queen? You ask a lot about makeup. I'm only asking because I've known a few. The dark haired ones used Dermablend foundation and said it was the only thing that covered their five o'clock shadow. Other than that, you will just need to pick highly pigmented eyeshadows and use more, more, more of regular makeup. Try MAC or L'Oreal HiP eyeshadows. Any old eyeliner, mascara & lipstick should work.

There is a type of mixture that body builders use. It's like a temporary all over body tan. You can use it on your face. If you want a real dark pigmentation, look for a body builders tanning solution. They use it in highly intense lights and most of the time the makeup does not come off.

Cream base makeup and lots of powder on top. Avon has a heavy cream, and I think Max Factor still has one. Once you've got the base and powder, go on to the eyes/blush/lipstick. Layer till you have the look you want.

focus on the eyes - the eyes are the most dramatic feature of a face so do it up. be sure to fill brows 1/2 - 1 shade darker and try to give more of an arch. go thick with eye liner and try cat eyes to "pull" the eye out. highlight the inner corners and brow bone with an off-white shadow and don't be afraid of false lashes - they make a world of difference. have fun and blend well!

do u mean like the 80's? i tryed that look i know it sounds ugly but here it is: first put red blush on ur cheek bones put torquose eye shadow on and put on no clump mascara (or clump if u like) not 2 much eyeliner but enough to go with the rest of the make up and put on red lipstick and put lipgloss on top this is an ultra funky look 4 blondes with short hair like edie sedwick in "factory girl" and also if that's ur look then try really big hoops actually it looks good on any haircolor it looked HOT on me and i have dark brown hair!!!!!

I know lots of Drag Queens use a pancake makeup by MAC. They need heavy coverage for beard stubble.

I would suggest investing in some stage make up - It is used by make- up artists on TV and stage as it covers extremly well and stops shine..but is very thick and needs to be applied properly otherwise you look very orange...Some sites on the web do it but cant remember off hand...
