I dont think there's any set limit on age of either term. Its open to interpretation. In general, I would consider something vintage as being from oh... say... 1960-1985. And something antique would be anything older than that. But that's just my opinion.

Edit: I tried to look up the meaning of "vintage" on the web and the popular answer seems to be anything from 1920's through 1970's.

from the books and definations, antiques are stuff that 100 years old and vintage are newer stuff.
But when buying at ebat, I recommend you ask the sellers how old the items are as no body stick to the official defination of those words.
