John Cena is the company's face for "entertainment" and is by far the best selling superstar of its roster. You can argue that DX generate more interests and Cena is a sub-par worker, but fact of the matter is, John Cena is a credible entertainer with large popularity. With many collaborations with mainstream and underground hip-hop artists, "The Marines" movie coming out amongst many other merchandise on the market, it'd be a FAR less effective for WWE to turn him heel, than him staying face(fan-favorite) and continue his successful media career.
It's not out of the question that Cena will eventually turn heel, but it won't be any time soon considering the draw power he possesses. The closest time he'd be CONSIDERED turning heel would be post-WrestleMania to put over an up-and-rising star over.
Or if Vince decides to let him job to Hogan.

till the WWE makes a clean draw as enormous as John Cena they wont turn him heel because of the fact they have not anybody to fill that void. human beings can whinge approximately John Cena all they desire yet there is not any one his age or youthful it is his equivalent and everybody has considered Triple H do all of it earlier and HBK would not like it anymore so what do human beings assume the WWE to do? Push somebody right into a niche that they are actually not over adequate for? it is a suicide pass and the WWE is conscious it, till they have somebody else we are caught with John Cena as a face so why can't human beings only settle for it... He truthfully isn't that undesirable.

Probably not. For multiple reasons.
1. Vince Mcmahon is an idiot
2. He has too much of a following from Kids
3. Adults like that he isn't "mean" in their words
4. He's already too stale to be helped
5. He is in the last five years of his career most likely, and WWE wants him to finish it out strong in their own words
6. It would be unrealistic.
