Thank you to everyone who has posted answers to my first question. here are some updates, I still have spark, still have gas to the carb. i checked to see if you rotor was spinning, when you cranked it over, and it is. How do you know if the timing chain, has jumped?, and how can you check the timing if it wont start. Any help would be wonderful thank you oh and it has a 22r motor

i own a repair shop,,and here's how you do it,,take no-1 plug out of it,,bring it up on no-1 top dead center,,on a compression stroke,and then take the cap off and see where the rotor button is pointing at,,if its on no-1 its in time,,if not it has jumped timing,,but you have to make sure it is on a compression stroke,,you,ll feel it coming up on it will have pressure behind it,,set it at exactly top dead center on the bottom pulley and look and see where the button is pointing to,,and that's it,,this will tell you for sure,good luck i hope this help,s.
