what do you mean by tough??? libra's are very loveable, fair people, i'm a libra myself. as far as tough goes, i think some of them portray a tough guy exterior but when it comes to their loved ones and girl friends, they melt. if you feel like libra's and you dont get along, maybe you should check out what signs are romantically compatible with yours.

Yes infact they are. Libra and Gemini ate the toughest signs. as they are air elements we cannot catch them. people says scorpios are not good but infact they are also kind hearted. We can easily keep water in our hands.
