Love is that condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own.
Each moment of a happy lover's hour is worth an age of dull and common life.
When you feel cold and warm at the same time,
when you read over the same line for the tenth time,
when your heart and thoughts somehow appear to rhyme,
and when a simple name conquers your whole mind,
then you are in deep trouble my friend... you are in what they call, "love".

You will know when its love by the feeling you get when that person is not with you. You will feel like something is missing. When if they have not called you to say that they will be late and you are worried sick. When you are together it just feels right and there is no place you would rather be. When you know that no matter how crappy your day has been you can "vent to them" and they will listen. When you "Make Love" not just have sex..
Lust....I want your hot body Now! Just sex that's it nothing else. Don't care if you call me....if I am bored Ya I will see you....don't tell me what a rotten day you had.

Love is when you have a genuine admiration and care for their well being. Lust is where you simply want to make out and have sex with him or her.

Love you wouldn't be able to bare the thought of her or him hurting in any way lust you just want them but if they were crying it wouldn't kill u

Try living 3000 miles apart, and not sleeping with someone on the side. That's called love. You didn't allude to if it were YOU or THEM that this question applies to. I assume it was meant subjectively (you are asking yourself), if so, then distance makes the heart grow fonder.

if i want it and it may not be in my long term interest, then for me its lust......if i dont know if i really want it, but maybe kinda.....i gotta check it out....because it might be love......lust is an immeditate reaction for me.
