nothing. i mean nothing happens to women when they drink semen. the only thing they'd have to worry about is being considered gay by society. i call it being curious. you'd be surprised at how many guys want to try semen for themselves because they want to know what it tastes like. :D

if a man drinks his own semen he will probably throw up. then about a week later he will start growing pair of boobs.
