Listen this has happened to me just look in the mirror and then look at the chest and say "bring it on":.
Now turn on michael jackson thriller when the ghost comes and then say "THRIILLLLERRR". Do the dance.
The ghost will dance with you and then go away and say "You are not a guy."

Birth Control can perk them up i know, other than that, they have herbal supplements, but I don't know any of the names of them. I'm sure you're fine.
