I could of swore the Al Queda, a terror group located in Afganistan, attacked the trade towers on 9-11.

Only a few thousand troops were used in the Afgan campaign. Most of al Queda got away. AND THEY'RE STILL LOOKING FOR THEM!

Shouldn't we of attacked, and destroyed the terror group that attacked the USA.........BEFORE going to Iraq?

It was the idiotic, conservative leadership.

Conservatives took their eye off the ball to focus on putting more money into the pockets of Halliburton and the military than to deal with any true threat.

Where were the Conservatives' "strong defense" that they're always trying to brag about when we were attacked on 9/11?

Apparently their "strong defense" was on vacation.

I hate the war. I hate the current administration. That said - We did go after Al Quaeda but not Afghanistan. We got their support for the most part to search their hardcore rural areas. I agree though, I think "Mr. President" underestimated the resources and allies that Osama had.

Well, it's sometimes a guessing game. Troops cost a lot to transport and everyone complains when you send people anywhere, and the more people the more complaining...So he tried to guess the least ammount of people that would do the job.

Do you think that standing in front of an American flag makes you patriotic? Since you have so much military service and know everything that is going on, you must be right.
