You have to use the binomial distribution. See here for explanations and formulas a bit difficult to type out here:

a) Use a binomial distribution with p =0,03, n=14 k=0.
Answer: (1-0.03) ^ 14 = 65.3%
b) Use a binomial distribution with p =0,03, n=14 k=1.
Answer: 14 0.03 (1-0.03) ^ 13 = 28.3%
