i have tried to remove the spyware and when i do the same spyware comes right back on what can i do about this

down load microsoft malicious software removing tool and use it, yahoo antispyware is good too

For safe mode when your windows opens it will say or should at the bottom starting windows, and at the bottom of screen it should say system restore or safe mode,i am pretty sure it is f8 for safe mode hit it when your pc turns on, or i can send you a program to get rid of your spyware hit me at yahoo. I am on now

well you might want to go to the safe mode then run the anti-spyware and then remove it then reboot, and try to scan again to see if it worked
