You need a good anti virus program like McAfee. Only way to do. You download the virus program, do the updates if there are any for it and scan all of your files with the program.
There is no re-frag as mentioned above. It is de-frag and all that does is sort your files so you have more space on your computer.
You should never go on the Internet without virus protection, a firewall, spam guard and ad ware software. You can have your whole system crash otherwise.
