We are trying to conceive, and I took a test which was negative. I am thinking that my body could just be taking its time bringing my period back, but I am wondering if there is a possibility of pregnancy, even with the negative test result. Any input?

I was on the patch last year when I was trying to get pregnant w/my 2nd child. I had already been on the patch for about 2 yrs already. It took me about 4 months to get pregnant. Every woman's body is different. Some may get pregnant right away, but most don't after getting off any birth control since your body is trying to adjust now to being off birthcontrol. The hpt is probably correct and you're not pregnant right now. I would wait maybe 2-3 months . But don't worry when you least know it you will be pregnant. That's what happened to me. GOOD LUCK!

not likely that you are pregnant. Probably hormones adjusting. It took me 3 months after stopping the patch to get pregnant. The first month after I was off of it there was like 38 days in between periods so just keep trying and best of luck to you.

It is possible that you are pregnant. Not all cycles are 28 days, especially after coming off of birth control. I would wait another few days and retest. It also true that your cycles may take a while to straighten out and this may just be a result of that. Good luck TTC. I hope it all works out for you.

have you ever been by alot of rigidity? rigidity can postpone your era. And in case you're no longer "energetic" you could desire to be ok. in case you have been by numerous rigidity or have had a significant replace on your exercising consultation it may desire to reason you to omit a era or make it a week or 2 previous due. in case you're quite worried there could desire to be an area medical institution you could ask question there, or in case you're at school you could communicate on your college nurse. don't be afraid ask. yet once you don't get your era in the subsequent month and you're no longer energetic, seek for out an obgyn. they could desire to continuously be the 1st individual you could desire to communicate. in case you do lose your era and its no longer from rigidity; exercising differences; or your going to be a mommy, then it may desire to be an entire physique iuess. (verify into pcos in case you do no longer alter back.) desire this helps. Plus please contain your age. It help, despite in case you in easy terms supply an age team ie 13-18 -19-25 ect ect. GL

you could be but probally not... thats not enough time to rid your system of hormones yet.
also it will probally take a minute to regulate your period after birth control...if you can at all..... i never have.
good luck... give it time.... be patient
