This man uses women for what they have, turns their children against the parent to suit his best intrest..also these people have been warned that he has only his intrest in mind and not theirs...ist not like he uses them for a couple of dollars or so but thousands upon thousands of dollars that these peopl will be swindeled out of...putting their own children at risk ...Besides that he dont even work hes a complete con and is also on federal probation..so how can we put a stop to this mennace to society in a lawfull manner..

If you know who this guy is and where he is, you report him to the probation dept if you have suspicion he is violating his probation. Call your local probation dept and find the laws and get their advice. They definitely want to keep criminals off the street, makes their job easier and keeps the risk of running to a minimum.

If he's been in prison for this and he's on probation just turn him in for attempting to do it again.
