I'll answer one of them, so you can do the rest:

4+m/8=3/4
subtract 4 from each side
4+m/8 - 4 = 3/4 - 4
m/8 = -13/4
multiply both sides by 8
m/8 (8) = -13/4 (8)
m = -104/4 ...or... m = -26

I would like to help, but giving you the answer is not the best option for your future undertaking.

Perhaps, you may promise yourself to Master the fundamental of Algrebra first, before solving the above questions.

Try to start from grade 2 algrebra.
