I am not sure what you are asking but I'll give my view and hope I am on the correct track.
If you are trying to make a first impression then be sexy dressed. For the personality part which is normally the second date or meeting you need to tone it down a little. But first off be a show stopping number where the music stops and everyone stops and watches you walk in the door. But after that first shoot you need to show your reall side and let the guy know you are a real person.

An average person will determine be sexy by the way they dress.
Actually, this is usually the first impression.
When u look at someone, u can tell a lot by how they dress.
that's the same with crushes, u first get attracted to the other sex by looking at them first.
then there's personality. this is the thing that keeps the people with u or drives them away.
a personality does matter a lot.
in short, looks give 1st impression and personality will make the person decide if they like u or not.

Have you ever noticed that there are some people that walk into a room and they ooze confidence, which makes them super attractive they could be wearing a trash bag and still look good. Your personality is definately the best accesory to any woman. Why would you want to be a beautiful boring person?

Dummies view sexy by clothes.
I happen to find extremely intelligent women to be very sexy, no matter how they are dressed -- within reason, that is -- or what their body looks like.

personality 100% cuz you couls have the hottest sexiest dress in the world and the model perfect body but if you have a crappy personality it will make from hot to ugly really quick.

personality is always the winner...you can have someone dressed up really hot but if they suck in conversation..well it can be a big turn off!!!.. you know what I mean. Personality with confidence in themselves is always hot with clothes or without!!!!
