Boys get jealous when girls invade what they think is their space.Try being a straight female firefighter and see what people come up with,and no I've never thought of it that way.

i'd imagine whoever the participant is knows this and may want to have assembled a crew of excellent those with help from the franchise. And once you're in the NFL i'm particular you could concentration on the game.

Well I can tell you that I've had three lesbian friends that played softball so there is definitely a trend. Aside from that, anytime a woman is athletic beyond cheerleading and gymnastics men tend to assume they are more masculine than feminine.
I generally don't assume any girl is a lesbian unless she shows obvious traits of being one. You know, like making out with other girls. That's much easier to rely on than softball.

i play softball, and i'm not a lesbian.
i like how "gay" and "lesbian" have become (through the tireless endorsement of morons and idiots alike) terms that describe not only sexual preference but a break or deviation from 'traditional' gender roles. like a guy that doesn't like football is a f*g and a woman who does like tough-girl stuff is a dyke. as if the homosexual community didn't have enough sh*t to deal with already.
besides, who cares? there's nothing wrong with a woman playing softball, and there's nothing wrong with being a lesbian.

Because usually they are women who are jealous because they can't even walk & chew gum at the same time. Jealousy!!! Both my girls played sports, & if someone (parents) got jealous because my girls played better?, they would just start some dirt? Guys are usually the worse, because the ladies can play better than them. Oh it doesn't matter, it will always be that way, people are just ignorant!!
