I have numerous fave singers. Here's the top 5.
1. Britney Spears..good songs to dance to.
2. Christina Aguilera...amazing voice and has 2 Grammys.
3. Jessica Simpson..amazing voice and personal insprations
4. Mandy Moore...she's got that "feel good" music
5. Kelly Clarkson...amazing vocals

If I pick the same singer as you, I get 10 points? Pffft. Probably not going to win the 10 points, but oh well, it gives me an opportunity to voice my opinion.
K, I'm gonna say this name,. and y'all remember it.....TONY LUCCA. This guy is great. Check him out at myspace. He, and another great artist, Joe Firstman) opened for Hootie & The Blowfish in July here in California. Now, i'm a die hard fan of Hootie, but I was won over with Tony and Joe's talent. They blew the house off the House of Blues. On top of the talent, he's a nice guy, they both are. My hubby and I had the chance to talk with them both after the show and they both had time and didn't rush through to get to the next fan.... They will both be at The Knitting Factory this month, come have a listen. You'll be glad you did.
And i've got to add the following :
Darius Rucker and the entire band Hootie & The Blowfish
Michael Buble
Steve Perry (remember the REAL Journey?)
Sarah Maclauchlin (spelling?)
Etta James
Ok, that's my short list... my long list would go on for days.

I have heard A LOT of singers and bands in my 37 yrs so it was hard coming up with my decision.
Female: Amy Lee from Evanescence.
Male: Scott Stapp from Creed.
Male Band: Creed and Metallica (couldn't choose)
Female Band: Evanescence
I probably won't get the 10 pts and really don't care. I just like my music and so I thank you for posing this question.

I doubt if I will get the 10 points but I love the voice of Mathieu Lavoie who sang for Cirque Du Soleil.

Hey, Chris Martin from Coldplay, he is a tremendous guy who is loving and cares about the world, his voice is gorgeous and I just think he is a lovely and beautiful man, plus Coldplay are the best band in the world!
