Okay, I was supposed to start my period on thursday, it's sunday now and nothing. I had unprotected sex on the 7th and 15th(ovulation) day of my cycle. I took a ept +/- preg test tonight, I couldn't make it out if it was positive or not, it looked like something, a line, was showing up underneath. Then I looked at it an hour later and there was a line (positive). I know they say not to read the test after 10 minutes, but it never did that before. Maybe the next morning it would turn but not that fast...ya know. So what do you think? My missed period, I just got over a cold, heavy breasts, dry wierd taste in mouth, urinating alot, hungry, maybe that's a little too early,and sleepy. Dunno, if anyone can gimme some imput, it would be most appreciated. Thank you. =)

i would assume its a + i did a test in july and the line was really really faint i did nt even believe it anyway it turned out it was +,,,,get a blood test to confirm it but i would assume you are preggo

You are going to have to take another test. Wait until morning. I know it's hard when you want to know right now but you have to. Those tests pick up a hormone called HCG that is only present when you are pregnant. If it is the end of the day and you have been peeing a lot, The leval in your urine can be low. In the morning when your bladder has filled up all night, the leval is at it's highest. If you still get a faint line, but a line, you need to go to the doctor to have a blood test. Some women never have apositive urine test because the leval is low in their urine. A blood test will tell you for sure.

i was two weeks late and had unprotected. Don't read into the test and look for a line that is not there!!! Try first pee in the morning and don't bother believing what you see after an hour because the test is no good then. By the way, I started!!!

Well it sounds to me like you might just be pregnant because you have heavy breast,and if their sore thats another sign, you're urinating a lot and you're sleeping a lot, those three signs alone can give you a hint that most likely you are. I found out I was pregnant with an EPT test as well, so if you are congrats..

I would say that you are..the faint line is still a line. Maybe you just didnt have enough hormone in your urine yet to make it strong..since it was not your first pee. Try waiting till the morning to get a stronger line. But you probably are to even get a line at all. Congrats and you should start taking your prenatals and call your doc. Hope everything goes well for you!

last october i had the same thing happen to me. i had the faint line come up and i showed it to my husband but he "didnt see it" (i think he was in denile). the next day i showed my mom and she agreed with me that it was a positive. i was moody, gained about 15 pounds, sleepy all the time, brests got larger and tender, morning sickness (actually happened in the middle of the night). that was last october. i ended up having a miscarriage at the begining of november though. so if you arent sure take another test tomorrow or the day after first thing in the morning and go to your doctor.

I would think that there is a good possibility that you are expecting you should test again in the morning and do it mid stream the doctor will do a blood test for sure you will find out that way

You might want to take another test just to be sure because you are probably pregnant. If I were you I would get the l l test instead of the +/- test. It's a lot less confusing.

Hi I have 2 kids and wasn't expecting the first one and yes that could very well be or stress but you need to take preg. test in the morning for best results.

From what you said i would think that you are pregnant, when i found out i was pregnant i took 3 test and the all came up inconclusive but my miss period was my biggest clue.
