Change your 360 picture to whatever you want your avatar to be and then change the setting on answers to 'use my 360 picture'

You have to set up a 360 page and upload pictures.

Do you have a 360* page? If you don't, you don't know what you are missing. You can save pics from the web then in your answers settings, you can choose your pics from your 360*. Good luck.

Upload it from your 360 page. If you don't have a 360 page create one.
