Well, if it's like the other iPods, then next time you plug it in, open up the list of songs [on your iPod, not the actual library], right-click on the one(s) you want to get rid of, and press clear/delete/whichever it is.

you need to install itunes and all your songs should be on the computer if your nanos plugged in. and you right click it and press delete or clear

Right click on the song and press delete. Then, the next time you plug it in to charge, it'll be deleted!

On I-tunes you right click on the song and a drop menu comes out and click on clear

remove the songs the songs from your iTunes library and plug your iPod back in. It will sync and remove all the songs that are no longer in your iTunes folder.
