Can you please let me know which would be better, and what are the differences between the two.

It looks to me like the Thermaltake system is better. The reviews seem to like it better. A couple of the reviews of the COOLER MASTER system are unkind, as if it sucks.

I have not used water cooling. I have always worked at getting the air cooling to work. Good ventilation, more fans, and use a good thermal paste.

Of the two the Cooler Master is a little better, but neither are very good. Good liquid cooling is not that cheap, you are gonna need to spend closer to $200 at least to get a good system. But, of the two, the Cooler Master is the better.

I take a piss every couple of hours to cool my system down, it's the best :) never failed

the coolermaster one is better. its gonna be louder but its gonna get the job done much better
