It's the forecast for the whole day, not the night. Unless it's cloudy for the whole day, then it's would change to "overcast" even for at night.

lol...I never noticed that. Maybe they didn't think to have a moon icon. I know my local bank has a temp & forcast number and at night it will say sunny...I hope I never see that at night.:)
