You open the phone book and look under Bagpipes, Pipe Bands, Scottish, Scottish societies, e.t.c. A couple of phone calls and you should have a few referrals.

Look for the Red Hackle Pipe Band, or Red Hackle Band. There are chapters everywhere, and I know there is at least one in Florida. They can put you in touch with someone in your area. Just Google them.
