i woudlnt think so... even if they did make an ink that was glow in the dark.. i think it would eventually fade.. as does every other ink. but who knows.. call a tattoo shop and ask!!

There are glow in the dark inks, as well as uv reflective ones. Thier safety, however, is questionable at best. Tattoo inks are not FDA approved, and are self-regulated. Find a tattoo artist you trust, and ask if he/she has any experience with those inks. I personally would hold off on it for at least a few years, untill more is known about the inks or they have time to develop safer ones

most tattoo artists won't do glow in the dark because it is unsafe
try black light friendly tatoos instead

There are tattoos that are black light reflective, not sure about glow in the dark
