I dust and vacuum everyday. I just sneeze & sneeze & sneeze.

My daughter is asthmatic and the best way I have found is to buy a portable Hepa air filtration system. Honeywell makes an affordable one, runs about $100 and is functional for a room or two. It has two filters, one which needs to be changed periodically. It filters out the dust extremely well. I would also get your HVAC system cleaned if it hasn't already. Sometimes it can recirculate dust and allergens throughout your home. Even though you may not have allergies, there is so much information on line to reduce allergens (which translates to dust!). Good luck!

It sounds like you have allergies. If dust is the culprit that makes you sneeze, it sounds like you are allergic to dust mites. So am I. You may want to consider using Hepa Air Filters around the house. When you vacuum, use a vacuum cleaner which filters 99.9% of impurities in the air.

Most dust in the air of a home is flaked human skin cells. Dust mites love to eat that stuff. The dust mite's excrament (fecal matter) is what most are allergic to. Make sure you change your sheets weekly. Purchase hypoallergenic pillows. Get a Hypoallergenic mattress cover as well. Vacuum weekly.

If none of this helps, perhaps you should see a doctor and get tested for what allergies you may have. Many people I know are suffering from allergies right now from pollen and such. The thing about allergies is that you never know when your body chemistry will change on you. One day your body is able to fight off being allergic to pollen and the next your sneezing like crazy.

Good Luck! :)

For one, vacuum and then dust since dust rises. It's possible, too, that you are cleaning way too much and just spreading more allergens throughout your home. To keep the dust out, run an air purifier and keep your windows closed. If your allergies get worse, see a doctor.

get a vacuum cleaner like a Rainbow or any water based vac that will trap dust.. wet dust can't fly. Also, try some antihistamine like Telfast and get hypo allegenic pillow covers which prevent dust mites from entering your nose. its not the dust, but the tiny dust mites that are the problem. I know.. i have this prob too!!

It sounds like you have a Dust Allergy

To get to the root of the problem, you need to address your immune health. Currently, your immune system is being overwhelmed by allergens resulting in the allergic symptoms. Beta carotene/Vitamin A boosts immune health. Green vegetables such as collards, kale, spinach, and broccoli are good sources of beta carotene. Carrots, sweet potatoes, squash and romaine/green lettuce are also good sources of beta carotene. Your body is signaling through the allergic reactions that the immune system is in need of help and is deficient in its vitamin souce which produces its good health. Supplementing that deficiency with a one-a-day source of Vitamin A will help restore your immune health; especially in the case where a person is not receiving the natural source of the vitamin through their daily diet.
