the song was in english but he sang it with a heavy mexican accent..and at the end of the song he goes on saying"im gonna buy that mountain for myself,turn it into some fine investment property..i can see it now..boutiques..antique..boutiques..antiques",does anyone know?

The version I'm familiar with was sung by Claude King & the original lyrics said nothing about buying the mountain. BTW, Wolverton Mountain is a real place.
