It depends on what the picture is of. It can be a soothing nature shot- an intriguing facial shot- a shocking porno shot- It can be beautiful, clean, interesting, disturbing, well-lit, seductive, innocent, ugly, colorful, bland, plain, an interesting contrast of colors and light, an interesting study of black & white, controvercial. There are lots of ways.
If it's your opinion, just be open and honest. You are entitled to your opinion- so, you can't really get it wrong as long as you write from your heart.

I'd just describe as much of the picture as I could, the size of the words on the magazine, what the words said, what kind of magazine it was and that's about it.

what is the pic of?..if it is a person go for the details in the person's face, the expressions...if it's more art, like flowers..describe the flowers..fom, lush red petals that surround a vibrent gold centre...sorry..really not to sure what the pic is...
