Macarena has to be at the top of any list of annoying hit songs...any rap is annoying if you grew up listening to Led Zeppelin like I did...Tiptoe Through The Tulips by Tiny Tim was pretty sorry...LOL

I've always absolutely hated "The Twist" by Chubby Checker.
"Jingle Bells Rock" is another stinker, but I can't get away from it, it "finds" me every Christmas.
I have friends who go into a violent rage when they hear "Disco Duck," a Rick Dees novelty song from around 1980.
Connie Francis's version of "Stupid Cupid" really, really, utterly sux.
"Massachusetts" by the early B.G.s is a gobbling turkey.
"Boogie-oogie-oogie" may have, alone, killed disco.
Any of Jewel's crybaby-love-songs test the patience of Job and the channel should be changed immediately!
