The last time this happened to me was when I was 13 or 14, at my grandpa's, when I broke a plastic box from something he gave my sister.

um, no, this sounds disturbing to me. How old are you now? Hopefully you won't be in that position again. Don't let history repeat itself if you have kids.

No .. I don't think this is would be norm ... I certainly wouldn't want to.

I know that we did have some neighbors thought that would always make their kids strip down and in the back yard and run around naked most of the day .. Weird.

Sounds to me like Grandpa was a little bit mental! When nudity is part of discipline there's more going on than just discipline. I hope he is in check now!

No, my grandparents never did anything like this, they were very kind. The behavior you're talking about is very abusive and no child should be forced to endure this deplorable treatment.

My grandparents nor my parents ever had me do that. My childhood was great I never had any abuse at all.
