i dont know how to stay neuteral. i can see it from all 3 sides, but we have all grown up together and are great friends who all still go around in a big group. how can we not be there for her devastated hubbie?
how can they be so blasay and go to pub together?
how can we say friends with all 3? they have obviously lied to us all.
is it a romance story and they will be a couple forever. who are we to judge maybe its meant to be.
Everyone thinks its awful but we dont know how to handle this one.

Let them know that as their friend you will not harass them but you feel it is only right to help the guy who has lost his whole world he needs the help not them they were only thinking of them selves then and now. in time when things cool off and people start to think straight all three should have a well supervised adult conversation on how to work it out.

Stay neutral when it comes to one or the other slagging their "ex" off ... Tell them all that you will be there for them if they need a shoulder to cry on but that's all.
If they are blase about the new relationship and go to the pub together - presumably the "ex" husband and the new boyfriend in the same group? - then it's obviously not such a big deal to any of them.
Let them get on with it.

Er..hello - has this world gone mad - how would you like to be treated. Be neutral to that NEW relationship
1) yeah see them but only if you have to because perhaps they are not who they really are and onde day may eye up your partner
2) be loyal to the husband left behind until he makes the decision that he is happy for everyone to hang out again , he is over her, or he met someone else but I am sorry his feelings comes first
3) Always think how would you like to be treated if it happened to you
