Soaking in a solution of Dawn dishwashing soap. Dawn helps to dissolve the grease, which is basically what Pam is. Also you can get a plastic scraper for non-stick pans at Bed ,Bath&Beyond or Linnens and Things. I got mine at a Pampered Chef Party. They have some cool kitchen gagets to make your life easier. They all should have web sites.

I would fill the pan with hot water and put either some soda crystals and leave to soak over night or some hot water with a dishwasher tablet left to soak overnight.. By the way, whats PAM???
