Assume $100 bills for analysis. There are 1 billion $100 bills in $100 Billion.

1 billion * 6.14 inches = 6,140,000,000 inches

1 football field = 120 yards (including endzones) = 4320 inches

So, about 1,400,000 football fields?

If laid end to end by width they would cover 604,166 football fields.

If laid end to end by length they would cover 1,421,296 football fields.

If laid end to end by thickness they would cover 995 football fields.

All of these assume:
1) The football field to be 100 yards plus the 20 yards for the end zones.
2) The bills are of $100 denominations.
3) Bill Gate's fortune is $100 billion.

The calculations for the number of football fields covered are rounded down to the nearest whole number.
