It depends on the individual, but yes, sometimes they can be tender/sore for a couple days afterwards, but then it goes away. If it lasts much longer than that, I'd see a doctor just to make sure.

Yes, it seems like it's normal for women to hurt before after and during anything! lol Really, it is normal and it can be before and during also. We do have all the luck.

yes its perfectly normal. my fiance says that hers are very tender during and a few days after because of her period.
