I totally forgot it was national vegetarian day! I really wanted to celebrate it. And I knew it was a holiday, because I googled "obscure holidays" and it came up. I was really excited too. And I think I accidentally did.
Breakfast: Bagel with Soy Cream Cheese
Lunch: Eggplant with Cheese
Dinner: Veggie Fried Rice and Broccoli in Garlic Sauce.
Oh my gosh! I did.
And it's weird because I was going to have a BLT for lunch with turkey bacon, but I didn't feel like making it. And I usually order Pork Fried Rice from the Chinese Food place and pick out the pork.
That's pretty cool.

I did by accident! I had no meat products today. Not sure how that happened- But I had cereal for breakfast, vegetable pizza for lunch and cheese ravioli for dinner. Must have been a karmic event.

Never heard that when I was vegetarian. Yep, I agree, it must be karmic. I haven't eaten meat all day.
