see through costume.. what do i wear underneath?

i have a strapless costume made out of white lace/netting what do i wear underneath that, and that wont cover my shoulders?

I would wear a tube top or bandeau bra that is skin color so it still looks like the whole thing is see through but you won't be showing off more than you need to.

I think you should buy a strapless tube top that way u won't be showing ur business and it won't be covering your shoulders

Try wearing a leotard as close as possible to your skin tone. You can find them where they sell shoes and clothes for dancers. You can also try the hosiery section of a department store.

you can get a fleshtone bodysuit. if you go to a lingerie store you can find really nice ones with interchangeable straps.
of course if the costume is see through maybe you aren't supposed to wear anything
