Its best not to, the breast tissue needs time to decompress and relax too. The other problem is pressure sores where the band is constantly putting pressure on your skin. Pressure sores or ulcers are an ugly problem that is very hard to clear up. If you want to see some pictures click the link below. By the way, I am in nursing studying to specalize in women's health and ob.

It's not healthy to wear any bra while you sleeping, because your muscles needs rest when you have nothing to put on but your pajamas. A bra have spandex, wire, tight buckle it's a kind of uncomfortable when you sleep and rolling around on bed. But I think you have bad ideas to wear a bra when you in bed. And I know you already don't feel any comfy when you lay down on your bed but with the tighten bra. Think wisely!

I usually wear one of those "unibras"... But I don't feel like I get enough support from it. I need to get a good sleeping bra.

I don't wear one to bed. I think it's uncomfortable and gets all twisted. Plus I don't think it's good for the bra either, stretches it out. Maybe if you were really large chested and it held everything together and made you more comfortable. Like a sports bra or something. But I don't wear one. Gravity is going to happen whether you wear one to bed or not.

No, we were never intended to wear bras to begin with but society dictates this and it is the norm. A norm that I most certainly follow when I am out in public.

At night let your body be free from restraints, I do and besides my husband finds it easier to get a little something something LOL

I wear a bra to sleep, I also heard that one about causing breast cancer it was not validated, I think you should do what is comfortable for you, it is validated that not enough sleep is dangerous, and can cause weight gain, so I would choose being comfortable with what ever choice you feel is best for you. There is no right or wrong. answer.

I usually don't, but you really should, especially if you sleep on your back or side. The weight of your breasts will pull them and stretch the skin and ligaments that keep their shape, and when you're older your breasts will sag more if you don't sleep in a bra.

No, you don't need to...the only time I do is when I have guests at my house or I am staying at a friend's and even then I only wear a sports bra.

No, no, no, no, no! If you wear a bra when you sleep, you're just asking for lumps in your lymph nodes. They won't be able to drain properly!! Don't do it!!!!!!
