how to increase the size of an individual icon?

i want to show that icon on the desktop and how to change the size of an hard drive icon

You cannot change the size of only one desktop icon; you change the size of one, you change the size of every icon on your desktop.

Anyway, to do that, right-click on any empty area on your desktop; click Properties; Appearance; Advanced; on the "Item" area, scroll down to Icon and change size. Then click OK; Apply
