Okay. I've heard of the whole when a guy catches a
girl staring and she looks away quickly a guy can
get the idea that, "She likes you but she's shy!"
which I -completely- agree with...but what do you
guys think of when you stare at a girl and she sees
you and she looks back into your eyes?
Do you become sure that, "Wow she likes me"
or you just can't think because her eyes or
is it like "Weirdo! Run away!"

I don't think staring, by itself, automatically means either attraction or weirdness, but it's always worth verifying with an interested look from your end. And that's what makes things interesting.
Only one way to find out, short of asking her outright what her stare means: look back as unthreateningly as you can. That way you let her know you are aware that she exists, that she's staring at you, that you wonder why she's staring at all and what it means. Whether she holds it or looks away, but looks back again even momentarily...the "way" she looks back at you "after" that will tell you whether she finds you interesting or weird. Thereafter, you take your cue from there. Eye games, mind games.

For the most part a guy would think alright it's on. But it would be nice if there was some other kind of gesture like a wink, or hand motion after you lock eyes. Otherwise it could be kinda awkward.

When a girl holds your attention like that, that is exactly what she is trying to do. If bold women scare you then yes, not going to work. But this girl obviously likes you, and is not afraid to show it.

if she likes you she would smile weather shes shy or not. but if she thinks your a weirdo then you should be able to see it in her eyes
