Do you mean polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats?
Polyunsaturated fats are found in many seeds such as canola, sunflower etc and the oils made from them. The best example of monounsaturated fats is found in olives and olive oil.
Just as an aside, just because a product says that it contains mono- or polyunsaturated fats, doesn't mean it will stay that way when cooked, it could become a trans-fatty acid. Content is only useful when eaten uncooked or lighty cooked.

Double Chocolate Cookie Crisps cereal. Think there was like 7 grams per serving which about one bowl. My Vitamin D milk had 8 grams a serving (8 ounces) no trans fat but 5 grams of saturated fat.
