Anyone know of any good exercises that actually work? I want something for my abdomen and if I could get a bigger butt that'd be great! I've been doing abdominal crunches to lose my pregnancy fat off my stomach but I don't think they work too good or maybe I'm doing them incorrectly... Any suggestions?

I use a DVD called Crunches and love it. It has 3 parts, Abs, Buns and Thighs. The work outs are 10 minutes each and are intensive. I have been able to see the difference in as little as 4 days. Exercises are good for toning. Fat however is a diet issue.

Yes!!! Only on account that I do not suppose some thing. I am doing the whole lot correct and even if I labored with a individual instructor who confirmed me learn how to effectively participate in the entire sporting events I nonetheless received not anything out of it. Oh good, I love aerobic!

Visit the Denise Austen website. Her exercises are perfect for normal people. They do work.
