ppl say the average length of a penis is 6 inches....but is that when its stiff with anticipation or limp when taking a shower???

the average erect penis size is 5-6 inches. so the average you heard of is the ERECT size. if it is the limp size get me that guys phone number because it grows at least 3 inches from the limp state to the erect state. the average non-erect penis size is like 3 inches :D

That's usually a flaccid (limp) measurement of the penis. Rarely in all of my years in the locker room, have I ever seen another guy with a limp, six-inch organ. And I don't think 6" is the "average" erect measurement either; I think it's between 5" and 6". I think the average length of a flaccid penis is around 4".

Stiff. Mine is above average. The time when it's stiff is the best time to measure, because sizes vary when not stiff. A big one could be tiny when not stiff, and a small one could be rather large when not stiff.
Plus, you can't really measure it when it's not stiff.
