You have the primo zone for anything with roots and leaves. Hope you have it in the ground, potted avacados do nicely, but planted in the good mother earth they thrive. When it blooms you can determine whether you have a male or female plant. Then you can find it a girl/boy friend plant and enjoy the fruits of your lovebor. Oh, sorry, labor of love.
