Comparing the two is like comparing apples and oranges. The beginning is about, well, the beginning, of Thomas Hewitt (Leatherface), from when the family found him in a dumpster as a baby.

Probably not. Usually, a sequel to a mediocre movie isn't much better. But, I'm a fan of the horror genre, so I'll see this movie regardless!
